Recently, JetBrains released a free edition of its beloved Integrated Development Environment, called PyCharm. There are a number of features that will thrill experienced Python Developers. The IDE comes in two editions. The first is a community edition which is free and open source, available under the Apache license. This edition is limited because it supports only pure Python programming but it has some basic features that pro developers use like code completion, refactoring, debugging and integration with version control systems. PyCharm’s professional edition is built on top of the community edition and includes additional support for Django, Flash and SQL Alchemy. You can find PyCharm at jetbrains.com/pycharm/download.
