To go about linking an internal webpage means to link two pages of a website together. For example, you can create a link from your homepage to your photos page using a hyperlink. To create an internal hyperlink you must use the <A> anchor tag, and you need to use the “href” hypertext reference attribute to specify the page that you want to link to. There is no need to use the full url but, you must enter the full filepath and filename of the HTML file you want to link to. For example, if your homepage.html file was saved on your root folder and the photos.html file that you wanted to link to was inside an “Images” folder on your root folder, then a properly formatted internal hyperlink would look like this:
